Dr. Isenhower is an otolaryngologist at Lakelands Ear, Nose & Throat, a physician practice of Self Regional Healthcare.
Dr. Isenhower grew up on a dairy farm near Newton, NC. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Davidson College in Davidson, NC, and his medical degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He completed his otolaryngology residency at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR. Afterward, he served four years in the U.S. Army, stationed at Frankfurt Army Regional Medical Center in Frankfurt, Germany. In 1993, he moved to Greenwood and joined the existing ENT practice of Dr. Richard Carter.
He has served on the Self Regional Healthcare board of trustees as treasurer and as the Chief Medical informatics Officer for the hospital. He is board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading, computer projects, gardening, traveling with family, pickleball and scuba diving.
